Dim light in the quiet darkness
As the envelope of the night now opens
To give way to the birth of a new day
Yet still is the silence of morn
Where the shadows of darkness once danced
Now plays the soft rays of a sun not yet risen
As it presents the dawn of a new day
Yet still is the silence of morn
As a kaleidoscope of soft colors now turns
With natures light show glistening through the sky
The willow softly sways in the gentle breeze
Yet still is the silence of morn
Now the presence of the sun defined
By its own brilliance claimed the darkness
As a choir of angelic voices sing, I awake
To their joyous song of the new day
"Me"
